Diindolylmethane (DIM) formulation:
• Helps to support/promote healthy estrogen metabolism/balance
• Helps reduce the severity and duration of symptoms associated with recurrent breast pain (cyclical mastalgia)

Recommended Adult Dose: Take three capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
