Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Olive oil and d-alpha tocopheryl acetate.

Recommended Dose: Adults blend, shake, or briskly stir 1 scoop (9.5 g) of MetaFiber with 236 mL (8 fl. oz.) of juice or water 1-2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects observed 12-72 hours after first dose and may take up to 3 days. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications and/or natural health products.

Recommended Use: Source of soluble and insoluble fibre to help support healthy intestinal function. Provides gentle relief for occasional constipation.

Caution: Do not use if you have difficulty swallowing or if you are experiencing a sudden change in bowel habits that has persisted for more than 2 weeks, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, or failure to defaecate following the use of another laxative product. Consult your healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days, or if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, fever, experience chest pain, difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, or if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement.

This product is non-GMO and vegetarian.
