Sinupas® is a homeopathic remedy for sinus congestion and inflammation. Suitable for all ages, including infants, Sinupas® comes in 50 ml drops for adjustable dosing, including acute dosing and has excellent tolerability. Sinupas® should always be taken diluted in water. It is made from the following naturally sourced medicinal ingredients: Luffa operculata, Stibium sulfuratum aurantiacum, Euphorbium, Kreosotum. 

Medicinal Ingredients: 

1g (46 drops) contains: Luffa operculata 4X 0.10g, Stibium sulfuratum aurantiacum 8X 0.10g, Euphorbium Ø 0.001g, Kreosotum 3X 0.001g, Contains 48% vol. alcohol.

Dosage: 

Adults, children ≥ 12 years: 10-30 drops 1-3 times a day. Children (ages 6-11): 5-15 drops 1-3 times a day. Children (ages 1-5): 5-10 drops 1-3 times a day. Infants (0-11 months): 1-5 drops 1-3 times a day. Acute: Every 15-60 minutes (up to 12 times a day) or until improvement of symptoms. Then resume general dosing. The drops should be taken diluted in some water
