Senna (Cassia angustifolia) is a small shrub found predominantly in Egypt, India and the Arabic nations. It has traditionally been used as an herbal laxative to support regularity and for the relief of occasional constipation.
DIRECTIONS
Adults and Adolescents 11 and over: Take 2 capsules at bedtime, 2 – 3 times per week. Take a few hours apart from other medications or health products. Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect. If results are not observed, increase use up to once daily. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
